Ever since he has been in the NBA Pau Gasol has had the label for being soft. Yes I agree Gasol is somewhat soft he is a 7 footer that would rather shot a 3 foot rather than going up for a powerful dunk. Is he shy of the contact or is that just the way he plays the game?
Gasol has never really been bothered about the soft label. Recently Gasol did a radio interview with Dan Le Batard and responded to players like Kendrick Perkins, Chris Paul and Amar’e Stoudemire calling him “soft.” Here is Gasol’s response.
