Nuggets rookie makes strong impression in preseason debut

The Nuggets kicked off the short preseason in style Tuesday as rookie Kenneth Faried scored 14 points in a 127-110 win over the Phoenix Suns at Pepsi Center. Ty Lawson added 21 points and Andre Miller had 12 assists for the Nuggets, who play the Suns again on Thursday.
