Walker was traded from the New York Knicks one week ago during the NBA Draft along with No. 13 selection Jalen Duren. The 32-year-old former UConn star played in just 37 games with the Knicks last season, being listed as a healthy scratch for large stretches before being shut down for good in February.
The former Boston Celtics and Charlotte Hornets four-time All-Star averaged career lows in points (11.6,) assists (3.5,) and rebounds (3.0) during the 2021-2022 campaign, while his 37 contests and 25.6 minutes per game were the lowest marks in his 11 NBA seasons as well.
Free agency begins at 6 p.m. ET on Thursday.
