Portland Trail Blazers center Marcus Camby had marijuana possession charges dropped against him.
Camby was arrested last month in Pearland, Texas, after police found "several" marijuana cigarettes and a bag of marijuana totaling less than two ounces hidden underneath the front seat of his Porsche.
A passenger in Camby's car, Kendel Johnson, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a Class B misdemeanor possession charge and paid a $,1500 fine, the Oregonian reported.
Both men had initially denied that the marijuana belonged to them and were arrested and charged with possession in a drug free zone. The Class A misdemeanor carried a sentence of up to one year.
