Phoenix • At top form, he is lightning. And that is exactly what Utah Jazz guard Ronnie Price was Tuesday night.
Inserted into a preseason game against the Phoenix Suns early in the second quarter, the former Utah Valley star was at his bright, speedy, aggressive best.
