INDIANAPOLIS -- Who needs rest after playing a triple-overtime game the night before? Evidently not the Toronto Raptors, who edged the Indiana Pacers 74-72 Tuesday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse despite getting outscored 14-5 in the fourth quarter. The Pacers had four chances to tie or win the game in final 38 seconds but missed them all. David West, George Hill and Paul George (twice) missed shots. DeMar DeRozan led the Raptors with 15 points. Hill led all scorers with 18 points. The Raptors lost 140-133 in triple-overtime to the Utah Jazz on Monday night in Toronto. The Raptors gave the Pacers every opportunity to get back in Tuesday's game, but Indiana couldn't take advantage because of turnovers, bad shots or blown defensive stops. Thanks to their own miscues, the Pacers went into the final quarter trailing by 11. Getting field goals was almost impossible for the Pacers. They went 7 minutes, 29 seconds between field goals in a span that stretched from the third...
