Toronto Raptors forward Amir Johnson underwent surgery on his left ankle Friday.The procedure was performed to repair an instability in Johnson's ankle that forced him to miss the last five games of the regular season.Johnson enjoyed the best NBA season of his six-year career, starting 54 of the 72 games in which he appeared. The 6-foot-9 veteran averaged 9.6 rebounds and 6.4 rebounds - both career highs - to go with 1.2 blocks in just under 26 minutes of action.
