Ray Allen is back at it again on the real estate market, selling his last foundation in Boston, the harbor-view condo located in the North End.
In his latest listing, the former Celtic is hoping for $2.99 million in exchange for a 1,831-square-foot home, according to Business Insider.
This is not his first go around trying to sell property in the Boston area. The current Miami Heat shooting guard posted his Wellesley, Mass., estate for sale back in October, and recently sold it for $4.6 million.
Allen’s Boston Harbor-view condo includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The whole estate is dressed with a brick and wood theme.
