The Magic went on to win their 16th straight exhibition game.
Things of note:
Darren Collison appears to be one of the game’s best young point guards.
Rashard Lewis kept Granger in check, as Granger was 4-14 FG
Bass looks as though he was the missing piece on last year’s team.
Dwight Howard looks more confident and dominant as ever.
Vince is hitting shots and looking to create more, rather than defer like last year.
Gortat has to go somewhere else and start. He’s too good to play 12 mins a game his entire career.
Duhon seems to fit right in.
Q Rich is a better shooter than Barnes.
Jameer may not be the pass first point guard Orlando fans are clamoring for, but he is an effective player and came in big during the clutch of the Boston series, when everyone else was shying away from shooting it.
Malik Allen is definitely a practice body.
So is Stanley Robinson.
Who would you rather see on the court in crunch time, Pietrus or Q Rich?
