INDIANAPOLIS -- Paul George scored 24 points and Lance Stephenson recorded his third triple-double of the season, leading the Indiana Pacers to a 106-79 victory over the Boston Celtics on Sunday. Stephenson had 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists as Indiana (22-5) won its second straight and maintained its grip on the Eastern Conference's best record. He's the only player in the league with more than one triple-double this season. Avery Bradley scored 13 points for Boston. Courtney Lee and Jeff Green each had 11 in coach Brad Stevens' return to his hometown. Stevens grew up in Zionsville, an Indy suburb, and led nearby Butler to back-to-back national championship games as the Bulldogs' coach. But there was no magic for the Celtics, who lost their third in a row.

Paul George throws down two-handed double-clutch reverse dunk against Rockets

On most nights, this impressive slam dunk by Indiana Pacers star Paul George would probably be the best dunk of the night but sadly due to LeBron James dunking on Ben McLemore, this dunk might be second best. The play came on a third quarter fastbreak for the Pacers and watch as Paul throws down a double-clutch reverse slam dunk in transition against the Houston Rockets: Just nasty...

We here at That NBA Lottery Pick love behind-the-back passes and during today’s Pacers/Celtics game, Indiana guard Lance Stephenson had a nice one. Lance Stephenson records third triple-double of season; Rajon Rondo may be out until late January

I believe I've referred to Lance Stephenson as a triple-double waiting to happen. The Indiana Pacers shooting guard recorded his third of the season in Sunday's blow-out win over the Boston Celtics, finishing with 12 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, a steal and a three. Stephenson made just 5-of-15 shots and 1-of-2 free throws, but that's a minor complaint given the trip...

Pacers earn third straight win

In the NBA, there are moments in games that help a team come together. The Indiana Pacers have been unified for a while now, the players on the top of the bill growing up together and the unbroken veteran core sharing the same wounds from last season. So they were not necessarily in need of a team bonding field trip, but still it doesn't hurt to have nights like the Pacers enjoyed...

A ridiculous Rondo to the Pacers for George Hill/Danny Granger rumor surfaces - why it's not happening

Nailed itThere's a part of me that feels silly even writing this. But, part of our duties here at CelticsLife is keeping people updated on trade rumors, and trying to separate the "this is possible" rumor, from the "this writer is a moron" rumor.Today, we deal with one of the latter. Old friend Lou Ramon Aguila of the International Business Times (who you...
