Even though he is 33 years old and will probably miss the entire 2012-2013 season because of knee injury, Baron Davis said on Thursday his career is not over, NBA.com reported. Davis said on Thursday, he plans to play in the NBA again. Davis' 2011-2012 season ended in a May 6 playoff game while playing for the Knicks when Davis tore two ligaments and tendon in his knee. Recovery time for such an injury is about 12 months. Back and hamstring issues also limited his playing time for the Knicks last season. He played in 29 games, including 14 starts, in his one season in New York, and he averaged 6.1 points and 4.7 assists. It was the first time since his rookie year in 1999-2000 that he averaged less than 12 points a game.
