The Boston Celtics have a deal in place to acquire veteran point guard Keyon Dooling from the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for a second-round pick, the Boston Globe is reporting.
The deal is expected to be finalized Friday, the first day trades can become official.
Dooling averaged 7.1 points and 3.0 assists in 80 games with the Bucks last season. He will likely serve as a backup to Rajon Rondo.
Dooling, the No. 10 pick in the 2001 draft, will be joining his sixth NBA team.
