Chauncey Billups returned to the Pistons this summer, on a $2.5 million a year deal with a team option on the second year. Billups may or may not play out that second season on the Pistons roster, but he’ll definitely be a Piston.  The Detroit Free Press is reporting that Pistons brass are interested in adding Chauncey Billups to the front office at some point. Also, #Pistons have talked with Billups about front office job when he is done playing. — Vincent Ellis (@Vincent_Ellis56) July 27, 2013 Billups of course can definitely help Andre Drummond, Greg Monroe, Brandon Knight progress as pro’s together, and his knowledge of the game and business savvy goes without question.
