HOUSTON If the state of Texas doesn't have the biggest of something, just wait a minute. The Houston Rockets are installing the largest indoor center-hung video screen in the United States, the Rockets say. Made by Panasonic, the new video board at Toyota Center will have four sides. The wide sides will measure 25 feet by 58 feet, while the smaller panels, facing the baselines will measure 25 feet by 25 feet. The new full HD video board is part of an array of enhancements to the Toyota Center as the Rockets prepare to host the 2013 NBA All-Star game.
