Pacers' Obi Toppin needs foot surgery; out until February

The Indiana Pacers will be without acrobatic backup forward Obi Toppin for at least three months once he undergoes foot surgery next week. The team announced that Toppin had a partial stress fracture of the fifth metatarsal in his right foot and will travel to New York for surgery.
