The Philadelphia 76ers added their veteran reserve guard Shake Milton to the injury report for Monday’s game against the Houston Rockets.
According to the team, Milton is dealing with eye soreness currently. While he’s on the injury report for the matchup, there is a good chance Milton will play since his status is probable.
This year, Milton has appeared in 51 games for Philadelphia. Although he’s started in nine matchups, Milton primarily comes off the bench. He’s averaged 22 minutes on the floor. During that time, Milton has produced nine points per game while draining 38 percent of his threes.
Over the last two years, Milton has dealt with his fair share of injuries, which took him off the floor for notable stretches. This season, the reserve guard is healthy as ever, missing just four games due to non-injury purposes. Since Milton started gaining steady minutes in the rotation in late October, he’s appeared in 50-straight games for the Sixers.
While he’s on the injury report for Philadelphia’s matchup with Houston on Monday, it seems there’s a good chance the healthy streak will continue for Milton.
