The Sixers were down 8 at halftime but a strong third quarter in which they outscored the New York Knicks 32-20 swung things the Sixers way to an eventual 93-85 win. The Sixers are still undefeated in the preseason and is looking to grow and develop in every game. The starters got a little more run time and it produced good results as Elton Brand was strong with 20 points and added 8 rebounds in his best game returning from a injury plagued 2008-2009 season. Thaddeus Young continues to emerge as he scorched the Knicks with a game high 26 points and grabbed 6 boards. The backcourt of Lou Williams and Andre Iguodala combined for 29 points. Samuel Dalembert controlled the boards getting 12 for the game.For the Knicks, Al Harrington finished with 18 points. Wilson Chandler scored 16 points and got 8 rebounds.
