The San Antonio Spurs beat the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday night, giving them a valuable 2-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals. A 2-0 series lead is pretty exciting stuff, especially for one fan who was caught screaming "We did it!" at the top of his lungs shortly after the final buzzer.  Remarkably, this is the second time we've highlighted a Spurs fan this month. You might recall that the Spurs-Warriors game, one which many have labeled as a classic, was almost ruined thank to the shrieks and screams from one loud female fan. Aside from the fact the "We did it!" comment brings up the ancient debate of fans referring to themselves as members of the team, it's sort of odd that this individual chose such a phrase in the first place. Winning Game 2 doesn't seem to warrant a "We did it!" celebration, does it? Aren't those types of comments usually reserved for when your team wins it all and hoists a trophy? If the Spurs end up taking the title, let's just hope this gentleman is in attendance. The sports world deserves to hear his reaction if this is how he reacts to a Game 2 victory.  (H/T Larry Brown Sports)

Conley: Parker's playmaking puts defense 'at its mercy'

The first two games served as a reminder that the Spurs' offense is a Tony Parker first offense and that when he's aggressive, it's a really good offense.  Game 2 was a prime example of how Parker, despite having a dreadful shooting night, stayed aggressive and found his teammates on his way to 18 assists.  Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley, Jr. said after the game...

Ginobili: Grizzlies' late-game rally might inspire them in Game 3

It took seven quarters, in which the Spurs outscored Memphis by 34 points, but the Grizzlies may have found a viable solution against San Antonio's pack-the-paint strategy -- spread the floor with Jerryd Bayless and Quincy Pondexter to make them pay for doubling Zach Randolph in the post.   Another fortuitous circumstance -- the nominally foul-averse Tim Duncan, averaging...
