Found April 27, 2013 on NBA Injury News:
The Los Angeles Lakers knew they wouldn’t have guards Steve Blake or Kobe Bryant last night. It also turns out that they didn’t have Steve Nash or Jodie Meeks against the San Antonio Spurs, instead having to go with a backcourt featuring the likes of Andrew Goudelock and Darius Morris. Oh yeah, and Chris Duhon was available off the bench. As you would expect with this backcourt rotation, the Lakers dropped Game 3 to the Spurs. They now find themselves on the brink of elimination, and it’s not clear how healthy any of these players – or forward Metta World Peace for that matter – will be for Game 4.It’s been one injury after another for the Lakers, and it’s safe to assume they won’t be advancing past the Spurs, even if they are able to muster a win or two. The focus will now shift to the future, which holds its share of question marks for the team.Follow @hoopsinjurynews
