We love it when the Taiwanese animators put their spin on the NBA. The Buss family, however, might not share our enthusiasm for this particular video. Jim Buss is flat-out called an idiot (he drives around in a "short buss" and wears a bucket on his head). And the Lakers are a bunch of old, walker-using, has-beens who will basically inspire riots as they try to run Mike D'Antoni's "7 seconds or less" offense. I think it's safe to say the folks in Taiwan were solidly "Team Phil" in this case. Check out the Shootaround after the jump. Washington Wizards (0-5) vs. Charlotte Bobcats (2-3) 7 p.m. Stop the presses! The Bobcats have acquired Hakim Warrick from the Hornets for Matt Carroll. No clue what that means. Probably nothing. New York Knicks (4-0) vs. Orlando Magic (2-4) 7 p.m. Jameer Nelson will be out for the Magic tonight for the sixth straight game after straining his groin and hamstring in the opening game of the season. Orlando could really use him as the team has not broken 80 points since a loss to Chicago last week (a span of three games). The Knicks will not make it easy either. They are sitting at 4-0 and well rested, having played only one game in the last seven days. Toronto Raptors (1-6) vs. Indiana Pacers (3-4) 7 p.m. How do the Raptors play a night after a triple overtime loss at home to the Jazz? That is a big question for this team as they struggle through the early part of the season. A home loss to Indiana in Toronto's first game was a bright spot until George Hill hit a game-winning shot in the final moments. Repeating that effort might be asking a lot on tired legs. Cleveland Cavaliers (2-5) vs. Brooklyn Nets (3-2) 7:30 p.m. Hurricane Sandy decimated the Nets training facility in New Jersey, which the Nets still had a lease to and could not move out of. The storm though has made the team more centered in Brooklyn as the team has settled into its brand new home. Portland Trail Blazers (2-5) vs. Sacramento Kings (2-5) 10 p.m. The NBA Players' Association plans to appeal DeMarcus Cousins suspension, of which he has already served one game. Cousins probably will not play tonight, making it more a dispute over whether he gets paid or not. That is tough luck for Sacramento. LaMarcus Aldridge is playing extremely well lately and could have a field day inside. San Antonio Spurs (6-1) vs. Los Angeles Lakers (3-4) 10:30 p.m./NBATV The Lakers will not have Mike D'Antoni quite yet. D'Antoni may not be in Los Angeles until Wednesday and probably will not coach until Friday. Los Angeles also will be without Steve Blake, forcing the team to turn to Chris Duhon. Tony Parker's eyes just got very very wide. [follow]
