Kings center DeMarcus Cousins will be allowed to play for Sacramento against Oklahoma City on Tuesday night after the NBA rescinded one of his technical fouls. Cousins was set to serve a one-game suspension after picking up his 13th technical of the season in a win at Charlotte on Sunday. Instead, he was in Sacramento's starting lineup. Coach Keith Smart says he hopes the close call is a lesson to Cousins that he has to leave himself a cushion and can't afford to pick up technical fouls throughout the season. The Kings were without leading scorer Marcus Thornton for the third straight game with a left quad contusion. Reserve Terrence Williams was out sick.
