Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau would not confirm reports Tuesday that Derrick Rose may be just a few weeks away from practicing , calling the All-Star point guard a “long ways away”. Rose, who was given a prognosis of 8-12 months of rehab after surgery on May 12, has recently been spotted running sprints in the Berto Center at the end of practices, which can only be a good thing. Though his schedule has been kept private, Thibodeau says, “He’s doing well”, and teammate Joakim Noah said, “He looks great.” at a charity event Monday.
