Adam: "Start Iverson. The Pistons have continued to win in Rip's absence. It would be a crime to bench AI just as he begins to flourish in the team-before-self mantra. Nevertheless, the Stuckey era is arriving and Rodney will continue to progress regardless of the lineup Michael Curry provides him with."
Eric: "Allen Iverson should start. The proof is in the pudding that ever since Rip Hamilton has been sitting out, the Pistons have been winning. I believe that they have won 8 of their last 10 games with Rip out so I believe that if it ins't broke than you shouldn't try to fix it. Rip can't create for himself. Stuckey and Iverson can, so they should be starting. Rip is still mourning the trade that sent Chauncey to Denver and he needs to just get over it and play some basketball."
Chris: "I'm torn because Rip has always been there at the SG spot, he is a great all around player, but if Curry is gearing his starting lineup towards a more defensive style I would say keep Rip in. But if he wants that one guy in there that is more offensively minded to balance things out then I would go with Allen Iverson. He has that quick first step for a quick offensive break basket, or can score by driving the lane with relative ease. Personally, I would love see AI in the starting lineup simply because he is a scorer, and that is what the Pistons need in games."| Latest Rumors |
