The San Antonio Spurs will be without Tim Duncan and Kawhi Leonard Wednesday against the New Orleans Hornets, according to Spurs beat writer Jeff McDonald. However, Manu Ginobili will be back in limited minutes. Duncan has a sore left knee. Leonard has a left patella contusion from -- reportedly -- a nail sticking out of the Philadelphia 76ers' court. Yes, you read that right. Ginobili had been out for more than a week with a strained hamstring. Look for more minutes for Danny Green, Gary Neal and Stephen Jackson.
