Spurs All-Star Tony Parker was presented with his second Euroscar European Player of the Year award before tipoff of Sunday’s game against Milwaukee. Parker won the award, given by Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport, after leading France to its first championship at last summer’s EuroBasket tournament. Parker was also named All-Europeans Player of the Year, voted on by roughly 300 journalists who cover European basketball.
