According to a recent article in the Deseret News, the Utah Jazz will be active leading up to the March 15 NBA trade deadline.
Said the report:
“We’re active. We’re listening,” [Jazz GM Kevin] O’Connor said. “We’re aggressive in trying to talk (about) things.”
O’Connor has ownership’s blessing to pursue deals, but he re-emphasized that the Jazz aren’t looking for temporary benefits.
“It would have to be something long term,” he said.
The Jazz have languished near the bottom of the Western Conference with a 20-21 record so far this season. Just who the team would target, remains to be seen.
