Found March 30, 2013 on Project Spurs:
This is just sick. San Antonio Spurs' Aron Baynes is currently with the team's D-League affiliate Austin Toros and in last night's game versus the Tulsa 66ers, he made his presence felt. In the third quarter of action, Baynes was running the fast break and caught a pass while heading to the rim. He then put 66ers' Rasual Butler on a poster. Check out Baynes completely destroying Butler with a one-handed dunk sending Butler crumbling to the floor. That's a 6'10", 260 lbs. big man coming down on Butler. Oh the humanity!

Tim Duncan Defies Father Time, Makes Game Winner Over Clippers

Is there anything Tim Duncan can't do? I love his approach to the game, instead of running around like a mad man, Timmy calmly walks to the opposite end of the floor to gather his thoughts because he knows he has to go sink an important free throw to put the icing on the cake.  I know John Schumann wrote a great piece explaining why these aren't the same Spurs we have seen...

Warriors' Bogut has advice for fellow Aussie Aron Baynes

San Antonio Spurs' Aron Baynes hasn't seen much action on the court for the Spurs. He has bounced back and forth between San Antonio and Austin playing for the Toros. With San Antonio, he has played 11 games, and is averaging 6.6 minutes in limited time but in the few minutes, he has shown flashes of a solid player for the Spurs off the bench. But going back and forth...

After a few bumps and bruises, Parker says he'll be fine

They say bad things come in threes and it might be very well the case for San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker. After playing at a high-level to garner NBA MVP attention, in a game in San Antonio versus the Kings, he injured his left ankle suffering a grade 2 sprain.  At first he was to come back in four weeks but came back sooner than later. However, when he did return, he suffered...

Tim Duncan Sinks and-1 Winning Shot Against Clippers (Video)

San Antonio Spurs power forward Tim Duncan’s resurrection this season has gone a bit unnoticed. The past few seasons, Duncan started to look like father time had gotten a hold of him, but this season he’s looked like the player of old, averaging 17.6 points per game, 10 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the field and made his 14th All-Star Game appearance. In a game last...

Video: Duncan's game-winning 'and 1' vs. Clippers

The San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Clippers fought it out last night in San Antonio but in the end, the Spurs came out on top 104-102 to even the regular season series at two games a piece. And carrying the Spurs to the win was none other than Tim Duncan who finished with an eye-opening stat line -- 34 points, 11 boards, 10-10 from free throw line, 12-19 from the floor, and...

It’s Easter Sunday here in the AT&T Center as the San Antonio Spurs (55-17) and the Miami Heat (57-15) are preparing to duel in a matchup that displays the best two teams by record in both conferences. While the Heat will be resting two of their stars in LeBron James and Dwayne Wade and a role player in Mario Chalmers for rest-affiliated reasons, the Spurs will have one...
