Blake Griffin, the Clippers high-flying power forward, has been given a flagrant foul 1 by the NBA for shoving Lakers power forward Pau Gasol from behind in the third quarter Wednesday night.
The Lakers asked the NBA to take a closer look at three plays involving Griffin in that game, a 113-108 defeat of the Clippers.

He scored the Clippers’ first points in their game against the Lakers by following a Randy Foye missed three with a dunk over Pau Gasol. Griffin just gets so high and dunks with so much power it’s embarrassing for other players.
