Found December 11, 2013 on Project Spurs:
It wasn't too long ago San Antonio Spurs' Patty Mills and Boris Diaw were filmed singing at a karaoke bar to "Killing me Softly" and now it appears Manu Ginobili got in the singing act with Diaw during last night's Raptors game. During a timeout, the arena was blasting AC/DC's "You shook me all night long" and caught on camera were Manu and Boris singing along and really getting into it. The two were jamming out and right when the chorus began, Manu and Boris looked eye-to-eye and belt it out. Check out the duo doing their thing last night from the bench. Manu also shook the Raptors all night long finishing with 16 points and nine assists.

Thomas has made 13 of 20 three-point attempts and is averaging 30 points, 12.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.5 blocks per game. Thomas was signed by the San Antonio Spurs early this month. “The early indications are that he’s expanded his skill set and was really shooting the...

Fundamentally Sound San Antonio Spurs WIN

Inside the Purple Room 2013-14 GM20- The San Antonio Spurs are a well-oiled machine who predicate themselves on the fundamentals and the simple philosophies to win. While Tim Duncan was quietly getting his Aron Baynes was stepping up and playing increased minutes for Tiago Splitter. Coach Pop had to like what he saw out of the New Zealand born native as he went 7-9 from the field...

Popovich: Aron Baynes just needs an opportunity

San Antonio Spurs big man Aron Baynes is obviously trying hard to make the most of the opportunities he has been given thus far this year, whether it's mop-up duty in blowouts, or extended minutes when he's assigned to the Austin Toros.    In Tuesday's game versus the Toronto Raptors, he was given the nod to play extended minutes with the 2nd team thanks to...

Tim Duncan had 21 points and 16 rebounds while playing just 24 minutes and Tony Parker added 15 points in the San Antonio Spurs' 109-77 rout of the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night. Coach Pop - The Ultimate Leader

“I don’t think I have ever been on a team where the coach told us to know something about your teammate,” said former Spur Robert Horry. “Know something about your teammate because if you do, he becomes a part of you. He becomes like family.” Family. That’s the culture in San Antonio. To be closer than just teammates. Become connected with your comrades. Be attached...

WATCH: Amir Johnson' rejects Kawhi Leonard dunk attempt

Tweet     When a player attacks the rim there’s always a chance of a highlight reel worthy play. In some cases the guy who does the attacking ends up looking the best. Other times the defender, in this instance Amir Johnson of the Toronto Raptors, walks away with the bragging rights.     Johnson finished the game with 19 points (9-11 FG), 9 rebounds...

Larry Drew disappointed with Bucks' effort in loss to Spurs

MILWAUKEE -- The machine that is the San Antonio Spurs rolled on Wednesday night, quickly and efficiently taking care of the Milwaukee Bucks at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Setting the tone from the opening tip, the Spurs simply were too good for the shorthanded and struggling Milwaukee Bucks. San Antonio led the entire way and by as many as 38 in a 109-77 victory, handing Milwaukee...

Video: Baynes' impressive highlights vs. Raptors

It's one of those nights we'll all remember where we were when Aron Baynes break out of his shell (for one game at least). The San Antonio Spurs were slumping a bit to start the game against the Toronto Raptors. With starting center Tiago Splitter out due to injury, the Spurs were out of sync against the more energetic Raptors. That's when you cue Baynes coming into...

Gary Neal Grateful For Opportunity From Spurs, Understood Their Business Decision

Gary Neal decided not to sign the $1.116 million qualifying offer from the San Antonio Spurs this offseason and accepted a two-year, $7.5 million contract from the Milwaukee Bucks. “I figured after three years, the Spurs benefitted me and I benefitted the Spurs,” Neal said. “But it’s a business. I kind of knew after Game 7 in the Finals, unless I signed a qualifying offer...

Spurs show off depth in 116-103 win over Raptors

I have to admit I was a little worried about this one. Masai Ujiri put together a great trade in the days leading up to the game, getting rid of Rudy Gay, who was having an atrocious season as their offensive centerpiece. The Spurs were on a FIGABABA and I feared the new look Raptors would come out energized and the Spurs would sleepwalk their way to an early deficit that they would...
