The San Antonio Spurs got their first preseason win last night beating Montepaschi Siena 106-77. For the game, Manu Ginobili paced the Spurs with 11 points and showed he wasn't phased by the long summer of basketball.
Manu showed he was in rare form last night with a nice fake move in the paint on Siena's Viktor Sanikidze. Yeah the same Sanikidze who the Spurs own his draft rights. Check it out.
