The San Antonio Spurs humiliated the Detroit Pistons last night 114-75 in San Antonio and to add insult to injury, Manu Ginobili hit a buzzer-beater three-pointer to end the first quarter and got the foul for the four-point play. It was a a sign of things to come for Detroit on how their night would be against San Antonio. Check out Manu's clutch shooting including his teammate Patty Mills rushing to Ginobili to lift him off the ground in celebration.
