Image: L.A. Times Kendall Marshall may not be the highest leaper in the league but that doesn’t stop him from being effective. Marshall’s shot is so strange-looking and always seems vulnerable to being blocked, though he’s stroking the three very efficiently: He was 3-for-3 from deep on Sunday and is on track to the be NBA’s leader in three-point field goal percentage. The same goes for the occasions when the grounded player attacks the rim. He’s far from a high-fly act, yet he’s able to use his smarts to finish when in the paint. And at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. During Sunday’s game against Chicago, Marshall drove towards a crowd of Bulls players and successfully faked a pass to Jordan Hill in order to free up enough room for himself to finish the finger-roll layup. The 22-year-old has most definitely been a steal for the Lakers so far. He has another year on his contract after this season, too, albeit non-guaranteed. .bottom-of-post-responsive { width: 300px; height: 250px; } @media(min-width: 500px) { .bottom-of-post-responsive { width: 300px; height: 250px; } } @media(min-width: 800px) { .bottom-of-post-responsive { width: 336px; height: 280px; } } The post VIDEO: Kendall Marshall uses pass fake to finish sneaky layup versus Chicago appeared first on Lakerholicz.com.
