After a generally slow start to his sophomore season, the Wizards’ 2010 number-one draft pick John Wall is starting to show that he is not willing to just sit back and take loss after loss. Wall, like any other superstar (and yes, I do consider John Wall to be a superstar in the NBA), has had his share of extremely slow games in the past couple of weeks. The Wizards have seven players in their first or second NBA seasons on the 14-man roster, following the recent release of second-year big man Hamady Ndiaye. They will likely have three players in their first or second year in the starting lineup tonight against the New York Knicks. But only one of those players – John Wall – was recognized by NBA assistant coaches to participate...

Jeremy Lin and John Wall exchange dunks

Knicks, Wizards, wicked pixels, blah blah blah. You don’t really care about the game. You care about seeing a pair of third-quarter dunks in which Jeremy Lin and John Wall sort of dunked in the general vicinity of each other. First came Wall’s dunk, which is above. Then came Lin’s dunk, which is below. Got awfully loud after that dunk for a road arena. Read full article >>
