We had high hopes for the Bulls last season; a Chicago-Boston rematch would’ve made more money for Stern than the Boston-Philly one did. It was so close for Chicago. Finally their redemption was near. Rip Hamilton was running circles around defenders harder than ever. Joakim Noah was hype. Hell, even Carlos Boozer was starting to show emotions. However, their championship dreams went down in one ankle spraining heap. With Rose out, Philly took advantage of the Bulls as if they were little kids. Igoudala started dunking, and Noah started crying. The series went to Philly in six. You can expect that Derrick Rose will return to the NBA as a pissed off point guard with two chips on his shoulders.
