2012 is the last time we will see Kobe Bryant in a USA Jersey (Courtesy NBC) The 2012 dream team is rolling in the Olympics. Following their 156-73 drubbing of Nigeria I got to thinking. What will this team look like in 4 years. Team leader Kobe will likely be gone but don’t look for the dream team to slow down. Look for Carmelo Anthony and Lebron James to be the first players to ever play on Team USA four times. The 2016 team will the next generation of the dream team because they will be moving on from Coach K. However, don’t expect a drop off from this team. I see Doc Rivers coming in coaching this team of young stars. Doc Rivers is a leader and can inspire anyone into playing their heart out. Nerlens Noel will be a monster down low for Team USA in 2016 (Courtesy Syracuse.com) The 2016 addition of Team USA basketball will be lethal down low as opposed to this years team that is extremely guard oriented. I see Dwight Howard coming back to the team and anchoring the team down low. ...
