This would be a great signing for Boston. Pietrus is a bigger guy with above average defensive ability and can hit from long range. Last season was far from his best as he only shot 39 percent from the field and 34 percent from three-point range, but he has the ability to get hot in a hurry and he would make the Celtics that much deeper off the bench.
