"WCBS-TV" in New York reported Friday that former New York Knicks coach and Team President Isiah Thomas "is fine" after taking an overdose of sleeping pills early Friday morning. According to the reports Thomas allegedly took ten Lunesta sleeping pills early Friday.

listen, it is a personal matter but the "media scrutiny" is wat comes with bein in the public eye..if he aint want all this attention, he shoulda been a lawyer or work on wall street, he wouldnt have taken the knicks job and f---ed the whole team up. if god ever decides to put me in the public eye, nothings off limits cuz i put myself in that position. that bein said, hes either a dumb ass for takin all them pills or a weak individual for tryin to take his life...if he wasnt tryin to off himself, why would they report it and then immediately after say "it wasnt a suicide attempt"? who was thinkin that it was? thats like somebody sayin "i didnt fart" before anybody even smelled it
