Pistons To Sign Justin Harper To 10-Day Contract

The Detroit Pistons will sign Justin Harper to a 10-day contract. Harper played for the Pistons in Summer League and Stan Van Gundy was with the Orlando Magic when he was drafted by the team in 2011.
