Former WVU G Tarik Phillip Joins Best Virginia for TBT

Tarik Phillip, former West Virginia guard from 2014-17, is joining Best Virginia for TBT this summer. “Tarik was the sixth man of the year in the Big 12 his senior year at WVU,” HC/GM Chase Harler said.
