Here we go. 35 bowl games, 70 college football teams, and of course all the Tostitos. This season the BCS national championship will be played in New Orleans in the Superdome. This season the Superdome will host three bowl games, starting with the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl, continuing with the Allstate Sugar Bowl and wrapping up with the BCS National Championship Game. As if that is not enough, the New Orleans Saints will host Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers on January 1, two days prior to the Sugar Bowl. And if the current NFC standings hold up, the Saints will also host a wild card game the weekend before the BCS championship. New Orleans will be football crazy. But of course there are a ton of bowl games that will range in terms of national attractiveness. We'll have some games that make you wonder just how a team (or both teams) got in to the bowl season, while there will be the marquee games in early January that the entire college football world will be watching closely. We have the full rundown of the bowl games here for you, along with television information, kickoff times, who is playing in each game and any other important information that may be needed. We will be breaking down all of these games in due time so be sure to be following along on Twitter so you know when our takes are up. We'll start with the big games, the BCS games first, and then start going in chronological order. All times are eastern. Allstate BCS Championship Game
