Maurice Jones-Drew has proven once again this season that he is good enough to carry a fantasy team.
A key to success in fantasy football has always been and will always be having good running back depth. That could never be more true than right now where depth at the running back position is going to be the key to having success in the 2012 season because even though we are just a few weeks into the season, the postion has been absolutely hammered with injuries.
First it was Fred Jackson. Then Matt Forte, then C.J. Spiller, Reggie Bush and Beanie Wells (Big Surprise). A few pleasant surprises have come along like Alfred Morris and Mikel Leshoure.
Leshoure carried the ball 26 times for 100 yards a week ago against the Tennessee Titans and has the look of a solid RB2 or at least a flex play in the coming weeks, except he is facing the Minnesota Vikings this week, which is far from an ideal matchup for a running back.
