TEAMS: New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers
Today I will be discussing what the Giants have to do this season to defend their crown. The Giants have targets painted on their back after winning there second championship in five years.
Stay Healthy: The Giants last year were plagued by injuries. This year it’s already starting. The Giants have lost starting CB Terrell Thomas with a 3rd ACL tear. For the Giants to repeat they are going to have to stay healthy at key positions.
Run The Ball Effectively: Last year the Giants ranked dead last in rushing yards per game. The Giants only averaged 89 yards per game. This has to change in the 2012-2013 league year. Teams were keying in on Eli Manning all season with no threat of a run game. The Giants drafted David Wilson in the first round to help them in this department. Let’s just hope it works out.
Protect Eli Manning: Last year the offensive line was more patch work then I’d like to see protecting our franchise QB. The Giants let Eli Manning take a vicious beating last yea...

Giants Hoping For Thomas To Contribute
Something just happened in Giants camp that hasn’t seemed to happen in about 3 years. Not since Michael Strahan announced that he would be playing a final year has something like this happened in a Big Blue summer. Something so shocking, I’m not sure if I can actually believe it. The Giants have actually received some good news in regards to an injury.

New York Giants’ Antrel Rolle Ready to Play Nickel Corner If Necessary
It is debatable how much New York Giants cornerback Terrell Thomas would have been able to contribute, even if healthy this season. Although his contract suggests that General Manager Jerry Reese brought him back to start, there is a long list of players who have suffered major knee injuries and returned to the field as shells of their former selves. Regardless, his status for this...

Yes, Ron Jeremy Caught An Ole Miss-Memphis Football Game In 2003
Hadn’t seen this photo of Ron Jeremy at the 2003 Ole Miss-Memphis game in over 4.5 years until tonight when it showed up on Twitter. This pic of the Hedgehog takes me to February 2008 when it was posted on BC to very little fanfare on the Internet. Those sure were the days. I’d use Flickr for crazy photos and college cheerleaders hadn’t figured out how to lock their Facebook...
