Trent Richardson is the top running back in this draft class and probably the best since Adrian Peterson; however, with running backs being expendable these days, it will be hard for a team to give Roger Goodell the card with his name on it. Today we take a look at five teams who may draft him and a surprise team.

In my mock draft, I had him going 22nd to Cleveland.

Team - Cleveland
Pick 4 and 22

Like I had him going in my mock draft, I think it is too much to draft him at number four especially with Robert Griffin III still on the board. Peyton Hillis, the Madden cover boy, had a season to forget. With Richardson you won't get someone who whines about their contract, you will get a player who can punish those AFC north defenders.

Team - Kansas City
Pick 11

Jamaal Charles is coming off a leg injury and Thomas Jones is getting older and is showing more wear and tear. Although the Chiefs have more pressing needs, they could be in a position to grab a player with top five talent.

Team - New York Jets
Pick 16

What don't the Jets need? Shonn Greene is a great player but I don't believe he is a lead back and with Tomlinson all but certain to leave, this creates a nice pick up for the Jets.

Team - Cincinnati
Pick 17 and 21

Cedric Benson is no longer a game changer and those Jay Gruden said he will have a committee of running backs, he could have a game changer on his hands. Teams would have to worry about Richardson up the middle and A.J. Green on the outside. They also could rip out the heart of the Browns who hold the next selection.

Team - Green Bay
Pick 28

Having Aaron Rodgers is great and the offense is lights out, but what if the offense had more of a running game? They could punish the opposing team with a back like Richardson.

And the surprise team...

Team - New England
Pick 27 and 31

New England could definitely use a game changer and if Richardson is still at 27, I think they take him. How could you not?
