Our last segment of 2013 Fantasy Football previewing hits the blog this morning. We discussed sleepers, rookies, value picks and today we’re just going for the glory. We’re going to predict the top five players this upcoming season. No position specific, just the guys who are going to own this year.
I suggest you take a look at some of the articles. There are some good picks there. I think we made some good progress, and hopefully we end it well. I will try my best to not be as obvious as possible, but some of the top guys you can’t shake. I think you’ll be slightly surprised.
Hit the jump to check them out….
5.) Aaron Rodgers – QB – Green Bay Packers
I wanted to include one QB on this list. I really don’t see any of the QBs having a potentially record-breaking year, but I’ll give Rodgers a shot. He lost Driver, he lost Jennings – oh wait – he didn’t have them last year. Rodgers could be the MVP this year. Love the fact they may have a running back now too.
4.) LeSean McCoy – RB – Philadelphia Eagles
Why: Chip Kelly is supposedly an offensive guru. Chip Kelly likes to play at warp speed. Chip Kelly knows how to use his weapons. LeSean McCoy has warp speed and he’s the most talented offensive weapon on the Philadelphia Eagles. Let’s hope he stays healthy. If he does – he threatens #1 overall.
