I like NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock. He is precise, reliable and loyal. And therein lies why my like doesn't translate to a full out girl crush on him.If he likes a player he is unwilling to budge on his evaluation regardless of his Combine performance.  Enter Manti Te'o.Te'o entered the Combine with much hype, Tebow-like hype.  Te'o had an outstanding regular season.  Against the competition he faced during the regular season, he excelled.  And then came post-season.  Against the Alabama Crimson Tide, in the most important game of his career, Te'o disappeared.  The Crimson Tide is tough, NFL tough.  Against the most quality opponent his tape is circumspect. So it was important T'eo showed up and performed well at the Combine.  And once again he disappeared.  Te'o came in smaller than anticipated.  He weighed in not at his 'playing' weight of 253 but a slight 241 pounds.  Most players drop weight to aid in their 40-yard time.  Te'o did not. ...

He told NFL Network’s Rich Eisen and Mike...
