With one week left in the regular season, the 2013 NFL Draft order is starting to become more clearer by the week. Now, what we do not know is  who will win the rights to the first overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. At the start of week 14, we had five teams battling it out to move down the draft board. The Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars each had two wins heading into week 14, while the Panthers, Raiders and Eagles were a dead lock at three wins a piece.
