With the start of the 2013 NFL regular season just about three months away, let’s take an early look at the fantasy football landscape—ranking the Top 5 rookie running backs from the 2013 NFL Draft. Montee Ball (Denver Broncos): Peyton Manning has plenty of weapons in the passing attack, but he knows the value of a strong ground game.  Ball ran for a ridiculous 73 TDs over the past three seasons and chalked up 39 combined touchdowns in 2011.  He should handle the early downs and goal-line work and looks to assume the starting role in a very potent offense as a solid RB2 with some upside during his rookie campaign in 2013. 2. Giovani Bernard (Cincinnati Bengals): In two seasons with the Tar Heels, Giovani Bernard averaged 1,240.5 yards on the ground with 426 yards through the air with 46 receptions and 16.5 total touchdowns.  The 5-8, 202-pound back will have to share the load with BenJarvus Green-Ellis—which limits his 2013 value—but Bernard bolste...
