The 2012 NFL regular season is in the books. While 12 teams are looking forward to post-season play, 20 other NFL teams around the league are looking ahead to the start of free agency, the NFL Draft and trying to reach the playoffs in 2013. The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of those teams which can look ahead at their 2013 regular season schedule after being eliminated from post-season play in week 6 by the Cincinnati Bengals. The NFL schedule format is set up years in advance with respective division poised to play each other every four years in altering home and away games for respective teams. Teams from a division will also play two at large games each season. At-large opponents are determined by how you and the other team finish in your division. Teams from the AFC North will play home and away games withing their division this season along with playing the AFC East and the NFC North.
