Bleacher Report:
Tampa Bay had an interesting offseason. They enter the 2009 season with many questions surrounding their team. Yes, during free agency they added players like tight end Kellen Winslow, linebacker Angelo Crowell, running back Derrick Ward and quarterbacks Josh Freeman and Byron Leftwich.
But Tampa Bay lost a lot of leadership during free agency. Linebacker Derrick Brooks, receiver Joey Galloway and quarterback Jeff Gracia have all been veteran starters who have helped be leaders for this team.
Not to mention, a coaching change. Through everything, Jon Gruden has honestly been a good coach. Now with Raheem Morris, who is only 32, as the head coach, questions remain for Tampa Bay as this season starts. It also won't be easy replacing longtime defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin and the 14-year career of linebacker Derrick Brooks.
But out with the old, and in with the new.
