Today we tackle the San Diego Chargers cheerleaders and superfans. Like most of you, we are itching for football season to start. In the midst of the dog days of summer, many get sick of baseball and start turning their attention to football. Don’t blame you a bit. To help quench your thirst, BC is going on a 32 team, 32 day, 32 gallery tour of NFL cheerleaders & superfans.

The Chargers missed out on the playoffs in the 2011 season. Will 2012 see Philip Rivers and the Chargers struggling again?

The Chargers added some nice players, but can wide receivers Robert Meachem and Eddie Royal really duplicate the production that was lost when Vincent Jackson left for Tampa Bay? Sure those guys can put up numbers, but Jackson has special stuff that might be tough to replace.

Philip Rivers is another guy, like Tony Romo, that just can’t seem to get over the hump. They’ve been on plenty of playoff runs, but when it comes to the big game, Rivers seems to get overwhelmed. He’s been having interception issues lately and it will be interesting to see if Rivers can take a big step forward this year after missing the playoffs in 2011.

2012 Fantasy Football Preview: San Diego Chargers

Have you ever seen a group of fans more torn on whether they love or hate the front office of their team? The San Diego Chargers haven’t had a losing season since 2003. Since then they have won the AFC West five times and have become one of the most statistically consistent offensive units in the league. What’s not to love? How about the fact they’ve also gone 3-5 in the...

Chargers defense looks to improve after changes

The Chargers defense couldn't get off the field last season. San Diego was last in the NFL at third down efficiency, a major reason the Chargers sat out the playoffs for the second straight year. ''You can't win football games by being last on third downs,'' cornerback Quentin Jammer said. Defensive coordinator Greg Manusky lost his job after the season...

He was originally an undrafted rookie with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers...
